A travers la présentation de situations cliniques, il vise à illustrer la construction de ce dispositif, en lien direct avec les besoins en santé mentale des personnes trans, et directement issus du terrain communautaire. Son originalité réside dans la fonction pivot qu’il constitue pour les personnes trans. Il représente souvent un premier accès au monde associatif trans et/ou un premier pas vers des soins psychiques adaptés. This article presents the clinical work of the Espace Santé Trans’ psychological counseling service, with trans, non-binary or questioning people, both minors and adults, as well as their relatives. Through the presentation of clinical situations, it aims to illustrate the development of this service, directly linked to the mental health needs of trans people, and directly from the community. Its originality lies in the pivotal function it constitutes for trans people.
